Shaping Tomorrow’s Workplaces: PLG Partnership

We are delighted to announce that we have joined the Policy Liaison Group on Workplace Wellbeing (PLG), a Westminster-based forum bringing together parliamentarians, employers, and wellbeing experts to shape UK policy on workplace wellbeing. Financial resilience and employee wellbeing are increasingly central to modern workplaces, and our involvement with the PLG reflects our commitment to supporting healthier, more secure workplaces across the UK.

As a financial wellbeing partner offering payroll-linked tools such as flexible pay, savings, financial education, and benefits guidance, our mission is to help employers support their people with confidence and resilience. Rachel Harte, Head of Impact, explained: “We see first-hand how financial pressures affect people at work, and joining the PLG enables us to bring those insights into wider policy conversations while learning from others in the group. It’s an exciting opportunity to collaborate with people dedicated to improving financial wellbeing across the UK.”

We recently took part in our first PLG roundtable, which focused on the Employment Rights Bill and its implications for employers and employees. Our next session will explore the Keep Britain Working initiative, giving us another valuable opportunity to contribute insight and learn from other members.

Membership in the PLG allows us to contribute to national conversations about workplace wellbeing while staying informed on evolving policy, standards, and employer expectations. Clemens Moehring, COO, said: “Our involvement with the PLG helps us stay connected to evolving policy and employer priorities. It’s an important step in strengthening our support for workplaces across the UK and ensuring our solutions continue to meet real needs.”

The partnership has also been welcomed by the Chair of the PLG, who noted: “We are pleased to have Hastee join the Policy Liaison Group. Their expertise in financial wellbeing and employee support adds valuable insight to our discussions, helping advance effective approaches to workplace wellbeing nationwide.”

Joining the PLG marks an exciting step in our mission to support employers in delivering stronger financial wellbeing for their people. We look forward to collaborating with leaders across sectors as we contribute to shaping the future of workplace wellbeing in the UK.
